About Helene
Helene Kurtz has successfully applied over 20 years of marketing and business planning experience to assisting clients with their residential real estate needs. By valuing every client relationship, delivering outstanding customer service, and providing sound advice, she has quickly become a top producer in the Baton Rouge area. In 2007, 2008, and 2009 her sales placed her in the top 10% of all area agents.
In 2010 Helene will serve on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams® Realty Red Stick Partners. It is an honor to be selected for this group. The Council represents agents in the management of the office and provides guidance for business growth and development. It also provides a forum for the office's top producing agents to share ideas and experience.
Helene specializes in neighborhoods close to Louisiana State University, South Baton Rouge, and adjoining communities in Ascension and Livingston Parishes. Working with sellers and buyers, she uses her knowledge of the community and business skills to assist clients through each step in the sale or purchase process. When clients choose to work with Helene, they work with her personally. They are not turned over to a member of her team or an assistant. She listens to her clients and matches their needs with market opportunities.
Helene holds both an undergraduate degree and master's degree in Business Administration from Cornell University. Previous employers include Xerox Corporation, PepsiCo, Woman's Hospital, and the Baton Rouge Area Chamber. She is licensed to sell real estate in Louisiana and is a member of the Greater Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and National Associations of Realtors. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of Sales and Marketing Executives International, the Capital Area Family Violence Intervention Center, and the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors MLS User Committee.
