C.J. Brown is part of Latter & Blum, Louisiana's first and only $1 billion real estate company. The company was founded in 1917 by Cyrus J. Brown around a year after Latter & Blum opened its doors in New Orleans. In 1995 the companies merged creating an important bridge between the Baton Rouge and New Orleans real estate markets.
