Knowing the competition. Your home will compete with other homes on the market. That’s why it’s important to know what else is available. In addition to showing properties to buyers, I routinely take advantage of open houses and agent tours to view properties for sale in the area. I’ll gladly share my expertise with you.
Pricing it right. Pricing your home is where your motivation to sell and my understanding of market dynamics come together. Together we will look at the sold prices of similar homes in the area and the unique characteristics of your home to determine the best pricing strategy for you. |
