It might take a little creativity to find the right lot to build your dream home, but there are opportunities out there. You might be surprised to find a lot in a mature neighborhood. Or, in some of our older and very desirable neighborhoods, you might find a home that’s a “tear down.” And, there are new subdivisions where you can buy a lot and select a builder.
