Harveston is a community 10+ years in the making, near LSU at the intersection of Bluebonnet and Nicholson. Phase I, The Preserve at Harveston, was enormously popular and brought together one of the areas best known developers, Wampold Companies, and area builders: Dupree Construction, Colby Constructors, Canebrake Builders, and Distinctive Homes by Watson. Phase II, The Lakes at Harveston, is currently underway. The Preserve at Harveston has 350 homesites. When completed, The Lakes is projected to have 1,100 homesites. Clearly this is an ambitious undertaking.
